Return will be accepted for unworn clothing items with original tags/clear garment packaging with SKU label. At this time, we do not accept exchanges of any kind.

ALL SWIMWEAR, ACCESSORIES (sunglasses, and jewelry) AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

If an item arrives damaged, please send us a clear photo showing the issue.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If the order arrived in multiple packages, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
• Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• A confirmation email will be sent after your return has been processed.

Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packages

Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.

Any package that is returned to us or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.
